I had cold and cough for past 2 months and came for respiratory check, the doctor simply noted all my history and never done any checkup.

Really disappointed the way I was treated expecting a spotum test or any blood test why my cold and cough for long time.

He keep on asking I am coming from IT background and charged £200 not really happy the way I am treated today.

I got a letter from GP and NHS waiting time 6 weeks so I want to a see private hospital appointment and disappointed with the way I treated.

He never done at least any test at all...I am really worried of my health so i went to private hospital for quicker process big disappointemnt. Doctor said he will refer to NHS again said he don't know how long it takes...then what's reason I am coming to private hospital.

Never ever come and never recommended to any one for the hospital and I will leave a complaints and feedback to NHS and Citizens Advice on private hospital.

Not happy at all and I will leave a negative feedback and review about the hospital.

I was referred to the Nuffield by the NHS and consider myself hugely lucky to have been able to have this experience. All appointments pre op ran to time and parking is free (bonus!). On the day of the operation, though, the staff excelled themselves. From the hostess who took my lunch request to the porter (Mervyn - what a wonderful chap), pre and post theatre staff, anaesthetist, consultant, physiotherapist and all the nurses, everyone was encouraging, comforting and courteous. I was personally visited by all manner of people, including the pharmacist, in my room. It was such a positive experience, dare I say that I enjoyed having the operation? Thanks to everyone I came into contact with; this is how all medical care should be! Having had a bad experience of a lesser procedure elsewhere, I know that the psychological effect of the kind of service I had at this hospital will massively aid recovery. Thank you all.
